Irish guru meet up in Cork :)

Hey Girlys

 Last saturday we had a Irish guru meet up in Cork 

unfortunately a few girls couldn't make it :( but it was still an amazing day all the girl's were so lovely and genuine and we all got on sooo well.

Before we had the meet up sinead, laura and I went to a book signing in Eason's

for the launch of  The beaut.ie book "gorgeous to go"

It was soooo lovely to meet Ashling and Kirsty.

They were so sweet and they gave us goodie bags

 I cant wait to read the book :)

After the book signing we met up with Triona and Katie and went for coffee

And after coffee we met up with Jen, did a bit of shopping, Ice hockey and went for pizza

Cork city looked so beautiful :)

Beyonce's countdown Tutorial

Hey Girl's

Hope Everyone had a lovely weekend! :)

Do you like the new layout? :D

I hate change so i was a bit nervous about it but i think it's growing on me.

Today Ive tired the look from Beyonce new video Countdown

I absolutely love this woman!!

Ok so let's get started:

prep your skin and apply foundation

Taking a gold shadow like this one in the quad from maybelline

Apply colour all over your lids

Then taking a fluffy brush take a taupe colour the one Im using is from Mac

And apply it back and forth over your crease

Then take a yellow colour Im using the yellow from my coastal scents 88 shimmer palette

and pat it into the inner corners of your eyes

line your lids and

apply your lashes.

I also applied black shadow on my lower lashes

for my lips i used a pink colour (smooch) from NYC 

and a clear gloss.

for my cheeks i used pink cloud blush from the natural collection

filled in my brows and thats it :)

The hair:

As you may have noticed i dont have a full fringe so i faked it :)

all you do is take a section at top part of your hair

and tie the rest into a high pony tail

flip the hair forward 

and pin into place

pop on a black head band 

and pin the pony tail into a bun

Halloween tutorial: Sexy Catwoman

What You Need:

•  A black cream eye shadow or primer (this will really make the colour pop)
• matte black eye shadow ( I used NYX)
• glitter eye shadow (i used a ELF palette)
• red liner (this will help you lippy last longer)
• red lippy ( I used Rimmels real red)
• Bronzer or a brown shadow to contour
• false lashes (I used the 3rd set of primarks pack of 5 )
• Mascara
• 2 Flat brushes
• A fluffy blending brush
• A bronzer brush

Ok so lets get started :)

Make sure you prep and prime your face

and apply foundation.

Apply your black cream shadow all over your lid and stretch it outwards towards your temples you can take this as far out as you like.

Now taking a fluffy brush blend the cream gently to avoid creasing.

Next take a flat shader brush and dip it into a matte black shadow

and pat it onto the cream shadow 

Don't worry it doesn't have to be perfect you can always to back and clean up with a cotton bud dipped in eye makeup remover.

Apply your lashes

Then move onto your brows while you wait for the glue to dry.

Cat woman has very sharp defined brows to fill in those brows use a dark brown or black shadow if you are blonde use a light brown shadow instead.

Now to add some sparkle 

Dip your shader brush into a glitter shadow this will create depth to stop the look from looking too flat.

I used the black and white glitter shadow from this E.L.F palette.

To contour take a contour colour , bronzer a brown shadow

I used this sleek contour palette. 

make a fish face and apply it under your check bones with a fluffy brush to create depth

Apply your liner and a red lippy and your ready to go :)

For the outfit:

 I would wear wet look leggings black patent heels and a black top

you could also get a black eye mask and a whip :)
