Femme Luxe Haul 2

Hey Glam Squad,

So after the huge success of my last haul.
I'm so excited to share some of my next few pieces with you....

My first piece are these wet look leggings and I got a size 8, I was skeptical as I've ordered these from 3 other websites and they were too small or too big but these actually fitted perfectly. I don't know If I'm too old for these but feck it..... I'm going to work it hahahah!
I teamed it with the bodysuit I got last time in a size M.

Outfit 2:

I wanted a dress that would look cute with boots or even to dress up for dinner and still be warm for winter and fell in love with this dress! just look at the chain detail!

Outfit 3

I've been OBSESSED with mom jeans lately and didnt own one single pair. I'm always afraid to order jeans online but I took the risk and they fit like a glove. I think I just got lucky because I'm very short and usually jeans don't fit right!
I paired it with the lifes a peach top from my last haul!

Outfit 4:
I think this is my favourite! I feel like BEYONCE haha I picked up this white one shoulder bodysuit
and these leather black trousers.

I loved the fit of the top it hugged my figure in the right places the trousers I wish were a small bit smaller around the bum (size s/m) and waist as I felt I lost my shape a little from behind because I don't really have a bum to begin with hahaha however but I still think I can rock it! what do you think?

Social Media Vs Reality

This topic is really important to me even tho I ADORE Social Media, If it wasn’t for social media I wouldn’t have a business, It’s a great tool for marketing yourself, reaching new people and making new friends but there is also that ugly side of social media which can totally destroy a persons confidence.
Ok let’s get this straight once and for all, social media is used as a highlight reel. We put up our best photos, best moments, best feelings, best memories, If your a blogger or influencer all photos go through a intense screening process of editing and filtering until we feel it’s professional enough for Instagram, we do not put up our bad angles, bad days, struggles and pains….
It’s easy to fall into the comparison trap even as a blogger, This is my biggest weakness. I have a bad day and look at other bloggers and compare myself…. “Why does she have a bigger following and I started 5 years before her, how are her photos so perfect, her outfits are unreal, I wish I had more engagement, My photos aren’t good enough, why do I bother….”  I did this un-subconsciously for years until someone pointed it out to me recently.
Why do we do this?? Why are we so hard on ourselves??
We look at these photos and only see the perfect image before us and forget what might be going on behind closed doors. No one’s life is perfect and no one feels they have the perfect figure even tho they look perfect to you!
Life is for living and is too short to sit and compare yourself to other people. We should all be enjoying what life we have- it’s far too short! Social media is an amazing business tool, but I’m very aware of the negative impact it can have on my confidence and self love and how important it is to only see others as inspiration or motivation to work harder.
Take that time away from social media to live your life in the moment and create those memories you don’t always feel the need to share on social media…..
Those moments are pricelesss!!!!

Remember you are loved and you are good enough!
Love always

Femme Luxe Haul

Hey Glam Squad,

Recently I came across this amazing brand called Femme Luxe
I instantly fell in love with their pieces and when they reached out for a gifted collaboration I couldn't resist!

I have recently started doing IGTV styling videos on my instagram which is going down really well with my audience. I will definitely be featuring more of femme luxe once the craziness of Browtober slows down...... If you don't know what I'm talking about I SHAVED off my EYEBROWS for the month of October for breast cancer awareness month to help raise money for "Look Good Feel Better" and to teach women how to fill in their brows from scratch via my instagram and youtube tutorials.

Check it out HERE:

Anyways enough of me blabbing here is what I picked up from femme luxe......

I instantly feel in love with this loungewear set, Its so comfortable and oh my gosh I was sooooo impressed with the quality. It was so much better than I expected for the price and I loved the fit.

Next up I chose this life's a peach tee because, I literally cant resist a good tee hehe!
They go with everything can anyone else relate??

And paired it with a khaki trousers I have a few different styles of these I'm a sucker for a nice pair of trousers!

The fit was incredible no need to go a size up they fit like a glove and usually with online brands like PLT, nasty gal etc I could go a size up for comfort as I'm kinda in between a uk size 8 and 10.

And lastly I picked up this black lace body suit. Just look at the details around the straps so gorgeous I was really impressed!!!

I went for a size M in this as I love my boy suits to be comfortable and to be honest I needed it as the M is perfect, Its comfortable but still nice and snug.

I paired with with leather trousers and a coin belt to add a little something to the outfit. Spice it up!

This bodysuit would be lovely inside a off the shoulder jumper or cardigan for winter.

Hope you enjoyed my haul.
what was your fav?

How to Contour – Beginners Guide To Makeup!

Good Afternoon team glam,
Questions I get asked the most are…..what actually is contour? how do I contour? why do I contour? So I’m brought it back to basics this week…Stripping it all back and bringing you through the basics of how to contour in a few easy steps! .
What to use, where to apply it and why…🙌🏻

I used the contouring sticks from So Su cosmetics for this look and I must say I fell in love, They are creamy and so easy to work with especially if you are a beginner! I would recommend a stick contour over a cream palette.
